Volvo Bus Centre in Bangalore
Volvo brought up the curtain on its fourth Bus Centre in Bangalore, yesterday. It offers Volvo Genuine parts, scheduled service, accident repairs, and an array of support services like driver training, advisory and soft solutions. At 43000 sq.ft., Volvo Bus Centre Bangalore has 16 bays, and aims to work on 15-20 buses per day at KIADB Industrial Area on Bommasandra- Jigani Link Road. This will be a boon for Volvo buses that operate in and around Bangalore.
With bus centres already operational in Hyderabad, Chennai and Delhi, Volvo continues to expand its aftermarket support network here. With its eyes set on Mumbai next, the move will help cater to 80% of Volvo buses operating in India.
Volvo Bus Centres are keen on providing extensive support to customers and enriching their experience in terms of turnaround time, technician capabilities, service and repair quality, and parts availability.
“After market support from Volvo was established even before the first Volvo bus was sold in India. Since then we have continued to build capabilities and network that have set standards in the market. Now with the Volvo Bus Centre concept we provide customers a far more wholesome and enhanced experience with our support services”, said Manish Sahi, Managing Director, Volvo Buses India.
