Honda India has launched a total of four variants of the CR-V, with a choice of two engine options – 2.0L and 2.4L. Both of these mills are powered by petrol. Diesel engine powered CR-V is not launched in Inida. Honda CR-V with diesel engine will be launched in Europe at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show next month. The CR-V for India will be 2.0L MT, 2.oL AT, 2.4L MT and 2.4L AT, respectively priced at INR 19.95 lakhs, INR 20.85 lakhs, INR 22.40 lakhs and INR23.85 lakhs.
Features of the new CR-V include, 17″ alloys, disc brakes on all 4 wheels, 170 mm ground clearance, 4545mm length, 1820mm width, 1685mm height, 2620mm wheelbase, electric power steering, HID projector lamps, 6 speakers, stering mounted controls for phone, foldable key, dual srs bags, abs with ebd, hill start, speed sensing door locks, key less entry with central locking and much more.
