By now, most of our readers must have a basic idea about Renault Kwid – size, shape, etc. Yes, that tiny car from Renault which was launched earlier this year to rival the likes of Hyundai Eon and Maruti Suzuki Alto.
Priced in the range of approximately INR 2.6 to 3.6 lakh, Renault Kwid has caught the fancy of thousands of small car buyers across the country. With bookings having crossed the 70,000 mark, and waiting period that has extended upto 10 months for certain variants in some cities, Renault Kwid is proving to be everything that Renault India had hoped for.

And this time it is not for breaking sales record or increase in waiting period, but for a video which was shot by the famous American TV personality, traveller and chef – Andrew Zimmern.
The 54 yr old was recently in India, probably shooting for his TV show. While he was at the Golconda Fort in Hyderabad, this red colored small car caught his attention. Not that he was impressed by the Renault Kwid, it was something else. He saw that Renault Kwid small car was filled to the brim by kids, who were also on a picnic to the Fort.

Assuming that this would be something he would like to show the world, Andrew took his phone and started recording what unfolded in front of him. Later, he posted the recorded video on his Facebook page, titled – “Only in India! 20 kids and one car”.
