Country specific OEM websites, blogs, industry bodies, and certified automotive publications were reviewed in detail. 2015 Bajaj Platina ES mileage stands unbeatable as no production bike in the 95-105cc range comes close.

New Platina ES appeals to the long distance commuter and features a new long travel telescopic front suspension and SNS (double spring) rear suspension. Long wheelbase and three inch wide rear tyres make for superior grip and control on uneven roads for an enhanced ride experience. New side panels, new exhaust, a refreshed headlamp design, new graphics and alloy wheels are offered as standard at a price of Rs 45,431 (ex showroom, Mumbai). available in three colours: ebony black, electron blue and candy red.

2015 Bajaj Platina ES is inspired bye Honda Shine upfront. Its 2-valve version of the 4-valve 102 cc DTS-I engine with ExhausTEC features in Discover 100 M. It manages 8.2 PS @ 7,500 rpm and 8.62 Nm @ 5,000 rpm. The 108 kg commuter bike reaches top speed of 90 km/h, and sports a 29.1 inch straight seat.
