2015 Lamborghini Huracan techspecs revealed (Video)


2015 Lamborghini Huracan LP 610-4 is all set to be revealed at 2014 Geneva Auto Show. As seen on its predecessor the Lamborghini Gallardo, upcoming Huracan LP 610-4 will be a perfect combination of indulgence, style and performance.

2015 Huracan LP 610-4 will be powered by a 5.2 liter V10 engine mated to a 7 speed dual clutch box. It will be capable of output of 610 hp at 8250 rpm and 413 lb/ft torque at 6500 rpm, which is an increase of 58 hp and 15 lb/ft over the Gallardo LP 560-4. It is also more fuel efficient at 8.08 kmpl. The new Huracan will be capable of acceleration from 0 to 100 kmph in 3.2 seconds and reach a top speed of 325+ kmph.

2015 Lamborghini Huracan techspecs revealed (Video)The new engine is mated to a seven speed dual clutch transmission which is called Lamborgini Doppia Frizione (LDF) offering smooth shifting without any interruptions where torque is concerned. When set in Corsa mode, this transmission is capable of preselecting gears either for quick downshift or for launch controls.

Regal in appearance and a paradigm of plushness, 2015 Lamborghini Huracan LP 610-4 will sport a stunning exterior body with a 3 percent reduction of drag as compared to the Gallardo besides a 50 percent increase in downforce. Scheduled to be launched in spring of 2014, 2015 Huracan LP 610-4 interiors have been fitted with a well designed steering wheel with unique wiper and signal controls on the left and right side of the wheel which the company calls ANIMA – Adaptive Network Intelligent Management”, while in Italian ANIMA means ‘Soul’. No intimation on price as on date but estimates say that it could receive a price tag of $275,000.
