2016 Jaguar XF makes its global debut next week, after which the car heads to 2015 New York Motor Show, where it will make its public debut on April 1, 2015. It will go on sale in European markets later this year and is expected to come to India next year.
2016 Jaguar XF is claiming to feature epitome of style, comfort, refinement and technology. Designed by Jaguar Design Director, Ian Callum, exteriors sport a sculpted hood and shapely body while interiors are viewed with a new dashboard and other styling details as seen on the new XE compact saloon with use of luxury material and exclusive trims. The 2016 Jaguar XF teaser also reveals that the interiors will feature a fully digital instrument panel, a large LCD screen and three spoke steering wheel.
2016 Jaguar XF has grown in length as compared to its current counterpart. It is built on a lightweight iQ modular aluminium architecture and will be powered by state of the art Ingenium range of engines. These engines are produced at the JLR Wolverhampton plant and are said to be highly fuel efficient with CO2 emissions well under the 100 gm per km mark while at the same time offering higher output. Apart from fuel efficient options, there will also be powerful options on offer in the form of V6 supercharged petrol engine and 5.0 liter supercharged V8.
