13-Feb-2015: Update – Skoda has released four new images, teasing the upcoming new Superb. One image shows it’s new grille, another shows the headlight cluster, third one shows its top view, while the last one gives a close-up headlight cluster.
10-Feb-2015: All-New Skoda Superb is headed to Geneva Motor Show for public debut on 5th March 2015. But before that, Skoda will unveil new Superb officially at an even in Czech Republic on 17th February 2015.
Teaser of new Skoda Superb exterior.Based on the Vision C Concept, which was showcased back in 2013, new Superb is lighter than the outgoing variant. This has been made possible, thanks to the new MQB platform which it shares with Volkswagen Passat B8. In dimensions, new Skoda Superb is 50 mm wider and 20 mm longer as compared to Passat. The wheelbase too is longer by 80 mm. All these extra space is used to offer more comfort and luxury to the passengers inside.

Over the last few weeks, Skoda Auto has regularly shared updates about the new Superb via teasers, spy shots, and finally the first official shot of its interior. These images confirm that the new Superb will continue with the same dual-opening trunk system which is also seen on the existing Superb. The boot space has been revealed as well. New Skoda Superb will have a boot space of 625 litres, while when rear seats are completely folded, you have for yourself a space of 1,760 litres.

Confident that this will be the best car in its segment once launched, Skoda expects the third generation Superb to outsell the previous two generations, which have together sold about 700,000 units globally. Expected to be priced in the range of £20,000 – £35,000 (Rs 20 lakhs to Rs 35 lakhs), only time will tell how successful the new Superb really is. As of now, we eagerly await the official Skoda Superb unveil on 17th February 2015.
