2017 India Bike Week to be held in Goa, dates announced – 24, 25 Nov

Over 20,000 bikers from across the country will celebrate the 5th Anniversary of India Bike Week in November. To be held at Little Vagator Hills in Goa from November 24-27, 2017, the event will celebrate riding, bikes, brotherhood and sheer motoring heaven with competitions, displays, music, barbecues and beer.

Among the highlights of this year’s events will be Leslie Porterfield, the world’s fastest woman biker. She was 2008 Female Rider of the Year and has three land speed records to her name.

Freddie Spencer, the only man to win back to back championships in 250cc and 500cc classes will also be in attendance and big names in biker design will show off their wares at Mod Biker Displays and Biker Build off competitions. These include Performance Racing Store, Outdoor Travel Gear, Rynox, Big Bad Bikes, High Note, etc.

A Flat Track for racing and an Enduro Track is also being built and what is extra special this year is the creation of a new Innovation Class of India built biking tech with three heroes of India Biking being selected to celebrate ‘Honor Roll’.

The Eat Street will feature food from specialists among who is Nicole Mody of Mumbai’s Kala Ghoda Arts Festival and goan food, kebabs and barbecue from ‘Death by Barbecue’ and ‘House of Lloyds’, etc. Bikini Bike Wash, new bike launches, film festival, wheelie machines and IBW strong men and women biking competitions are also part of the events.

Tickets for India Bike Week 2017 are priced at INR 1,750 for two days and are already on sale since 21st September 2017 on www.indiabikeweek.in
