2019 Honda CB1000R, Gold Wing, CBR1000RR launch price Rs 15-28 L

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. has announced bookings for its 2019 CBU (Completely Built Unit) line-up. Honda CBU line-up includes the new CB1000R+, Gold Wing Tour DCT, CBR1000RR Fireblade, and CBR1000RR Fireblade SP. Bookings are being accepted at Honda Wing World outlets in Mumbai and Delhi.

Honda CB1000R+ build with focus on ‘Neo Sports Cafe’ brings together retro and ultra-modern styling. The four-cylinder engine returns peak power of 107kW @ 10,500rpm, and 104Nm @ 8,250rpm of torque. With slipper clutch, and Throttle by Wire (TBW) with 3 preset riding modes, there’s also USER setting [Power (P), Engine Brake (EB)] and Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) to adapt to varying riding needs.

2019 Honda Gold Wing

New Honda CB1000R+ is lighter, which improves its power to weight ratio. Sitting on a box section mono backbone steel frame, CB1000R+ features Showa separate function front fork big piston USD Suspension and Showa mono shock rear suspension, and will be available in Graphite Black at a price of Rs. 14.46 Lakhs (Ex-showroom, Delhi).

Honda Gold Wing Tour DCT has an adjustable electric windscreen, a trunk, and touring-bike features. Apple CarPlay, and Anti-Lock Brakes (ABS) are standard features. The 1833cc flat six-cylinder engine features 4-valves per cylinder and returns peak power of 92.7kW @ 5500rpm, and torque of 170Nm @4500rpm. Throttle by Wire, 4 rider modes (TOUR, SPORT, ECON and RAIN), Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) and Combined Brake System (CBS) help with ride adaptability.

2019 Honda CB1000R

DCT (Dual Clutch Technology) features 7-speeds, with clutch feel, shift speed and rpm range of up/downshifts tailored specifically to each riding mode. It also features a creep forward and back function. Available in Candy Ardent Red, the bike is available at a price of Rs 27.79 Lakhs (ex-sh Delhi).

Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade and CBR1000RR Fireblade SP feture ‘Wheelie Control System’ for better safety when accelerating. Reduced time lag after electric control improves handling at a higher speed. The 1000cc in-line four-cylinder engine returns max power of 141kW at 13,000rpm and 114Nm at 11,000rpm output mated to six-speed transmission. Available id Grand Prix Red and Matt Ballistic Black Metallic colours, CBR 1000RR Fireblade ispriced at Rs. 16.43 lakhs, ex sh Delhi, and CBR 1000RR Fireblade SP at Rs. 19.28 Lakhs, ex sh Delhi.
