2019 Honda CB300R deliveries start in India – Accessories detailed

Having successfully launched the new Honda CB300R in India in February 2019, the Japanese bikemaker Honda has now started deliveries of the entry level 300 cc sportsbike. Honda CB300R is sold exclusively via the company’s 22 World Wing dealerships. It is brought in via the CKD route.

Honda CB300R sits lower on the brand’s new sports cafe styled bikes in international markets, it is the only bike apart from the CB1000R+ to get retro styling in India. This sport naked bike gets its power via a 286cc, liquid cooled, 4 valve, single cylinder, DOHC engine offering 30.4 hp power at 8,000 rpm and 27.4 Nm torque at 6,500 rpm mated to a 6 speed gearbox. The Honda CB300R takes on the likes of Bajaj Dominar and BMW G310R.

Mr. Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Senior Vice President – Sales and Marketing, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. said, ‘Indian middle weight biking enthusiasts welcomed the Neo Sports Café inspired Honda CB300R with a lot of enthusiasm. Overwhelmed by the response since its launch in February, we have revised our production plan to meet the additional demand.”

Along with the motorcycle, Honda has also launched official accessories with warranty. It enhances buyer’s customization preferences with a special set of accessories for the CB300R café racer. These are all available at company World Wing dealerships and includes multiple accessories together or individual accessories.

The accessories kit from Honda for the CB300R is offered in Premium, Protection, Standard and Sports. The Premium kit is priced at Rs.15,552 and includes items such as caps for brake reservoir and air valve. The Protection kit is priced at Rs.35,895 and includes protection items such as radiator guard, headlight mask, Kitaco under guard and a crankcase cover. The Standard kit is priced at Rs.16,666 while the Sports kit is at Rs.16,662. The Standard kit includes accessories such as a radiator guard and under guard from Kitaco while the Sports kit comprises of a Kitaco rear fender, headlamp mask and radiator guard.

Honda also offers individual accessories with the highest priced accessory being the Kitaco under guard at Rs.15,009. The list also includes a crank case cover at Rs.13,431 and a radiator cover at Rs.5,137 besides kit fuel lid pad at Rs.1,980 and handle grip at Rs.3,168. The accessories include oil brake cap, handle bar clamps, frame bolt LR and a headlamp mask from G Kraft along with rear fender from Kitaco, while the bike body cover is priced at Rs.999. Honda CB300R along with all these accessories is on offer exclusively through 22 Wing World dealerships in India.
