Hyundai HB20 was first launched in Brazil back in 2012. It is a mid sized hatchback, very much like the i20 sold in India. Thanks to its size, efficient yet powerful engine options and features, the Hyundai HB20 soon shot to success in Brazil.

One of the best selling cars in the segment, HB20 was due for a generation update. The new gen variant had been spotted on test multiple times. Today, Hyundai Brazil has announced the global debut of new generation HB20, not in one, but in three body styles.

These are HB20 hatcback, HB20X crossover and HB20S sedan. All three will soon be launched in Brazil, and in other countries. The first of the three to be launched is the HB20 hatchback, which will go on sale next month. The other two, HB20X and HB20S will go on sale later this year.
