Unlike other KTM motorcycles, the new Duke 790 will not go on sale at all dealerships. It will only be on sale at select dealers. KTM will also be upgrading their dealerships to give a better experience to their customers.
With plans to launch premium performance bikes targeted at an exclusive customer base, KTM will be upgrading its showrooms across the country. KTM dealerships will be upgraded to provide a premium experience to customers. Wherever possible, the showrooms will also be extended to make the interiors more spacious. KTM’s dealership upgrade plans are similar to Maruti Suzuki that operates two types of dealerships, Arena and the premium Nexa dealerships.
However, the upgrade plan will not be implemented at all KTM dealerships. It would only apply to dealerships where additional space is available and design changes are practically possible. Dealerships that don’t qualify for the upgrade plan may have to be shifted to a different location.
Upgraded KTM showrooms will have several changes such as redesigned interiors and new signboards featuring Husqvarna branding. KTM will aim to enhance customer experience, bringing it at par or even make it better than that of other performance bike brands in India.
