2019 Maruti Alto accessories list – Online configurator launch

2019 Maruti Alto

A month after launching Alto facelift, Maruti Suzuki has now introduced a range of external and internal accessories for its bestselling hatchback. Customers can select their favourite accessories online by using the ‘Personalize’ option available on Maruti Suzuki website. The link opens up the car configurator page, where users can select the accessories they want, view it in 360°, and save the configuration.

Existing customers can directly choose from a range of external and internal accessories. New customers can create the entire build, starting with choosing the variant and then selecting the colour, packages, personalization options and accessories.

Price of each package and accessories is displayed, so customers can choose according to their budget. The 360 degree view allows users to see the visual impact of their chosen accessories, based on which they can remove or add accessories as per their choice.

Key exterior accessories available for new Alto include front grille garnish, bumper corner protector & garnish, fog lamp garnish, body graphics, door visor, ORVM garnish cover, rear spoiler, tail lamp garnish, and back door garnish. For interiors, there are two styling kits, Boston Mapple and Carbon Finish. Other interior accessories include illuminated door sill guard and floor mats.

Most accessories are meant for improving the car’s visual appeal, but there are some functional accessories as well such as rear spoiler, protectors, etc. After choosing their accessories, customers can save the configuration and get a final quote for their personalized build. However, actual prices may be higher, as labour cost and taxes are not included for the accessories. Customers can visit their Maruti dealership to get the final quote for the accessories.

After Baleno, Alto is the second Maruti car to get BS-VI compliant engine. The updated 796 cc engine generates 48 PS @ 6000 rpm and 69 Nm @ 3500 rpm. 2019 Alto also gets a stylish makeover, featuring a wide front grille and silver/black painted 12″ steel wheels. Interiors are done in dual-tone black and beige colour scheme and come with a new double DIN infotainment system with support for Bluetooth, USB and AUX-In. Safety features have also been updated with driver side airbag, ABS with EBD, speed alert and revers parking sensors.
