2019 Suzuki Gixxer SF MotoGP Edition launch price Rs 1.10 L – 26 Photos

Suzuki Motorcycle India has today launched the Gixxer SF MotoGP edition. A tribute to Suzuki’s racing legacy. In its new avatar, MotoGP Gixxer SF edition is available at a price of Rs 110,605 (Ex-showroom Delhi).

Introduced in 2015, the MotoGP blue colour is synonymous with the Gixxer SF series in India. The design element brings together Team Suzuki Ecstar decals, wheel pin stripes, and bits of racing inspiration. New GIXXER SF MotoGP edition bears the same livery theme and Suzuki Racing Blue colour inspired from 2019 Suzuki MotoGP GSX-RR edition.

Gixxer SF MotoGP edition gets power from a 155cc, four-stroke, single-cylinder fuel injection, air-cooled SOHC engine with SEP tech to return 14.1ps@8000, and 14.0Nm@6000rpm. Alongside comes the promise of fuel efficiency, and performance.

Characteristic features include a aerodynamic design, sharp character lines, and lower centre of gravity. This enhances vehicle styling and functionality. A clip-on handle improves rider position for improved comfort. This is useful for short commutes, and long tours.

Lightweight, and easy to handle, it makes for a sporty riding feel that’s backed with ABS. The brand says Gixxer SF MotoGP edition is for enthusiasts.

Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 MotoGP edition is prepped to be introduced soon, sometime next month. It gets power from a 249cc, Suzuki Oil Cooling System (SOCS) enabled four-stroke, single-cylinder fuel injection SOHC engine. The engine returns 26.5ps@9000rpm and 22.6Nm@7500rpm. SOCS tech makes for a lightweight and fast engine. The bike features dual channel Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS).
