Mahindra Bolero Maxx Pik-Up gets iMAXX connected solution with over 50 features – 2,000 kg payload capacity
Mahindra has announced launch of the new 2023 Bolero Maxx Pik-Up and bookings have commenced at a minimum down payment of Rs 24,999. The new Bolero Maxx Pikup is being offered in two series of HD Series and City Series.
The HD series is presented in four variants of 2.0L, 1.7L, 1.7 and 1.3 while the City series is available in 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, and City CNG variants. 2023 Bolero Pikup City range is priced from Rs 7.85 lakh to Rs 8.25 lakh while the HD range (Heavy Duty) is more expensive and priced from Rs 9.26 lakh to Rs 10.33 lakh. These are introductory prices.
2023 Mahindra Bolero Maxx Pik-Up
The new Bolero MaXX is being offered in varying capacities. These range from 1.3T to 2T with varying sizes of cargo bed depending on trim level and area of application. Setting benchmarks in terms of payload capacity, fuel efficiency, safety and driving experience, the new Bolero MaXX Pik-Up is a made-in-India product designed for Indian road conditions and ideally suited for last mile logistics networks as well as for industries of construction, agriculture and fisheries depending on variant.
The HD 1.7L gets 1.7 and 1.3 tonne capacity and cargo length of 3050mm and 2765mm. The Pik-Up City gets a payload option of 1.5 and 1.4 tonnes and cargo length of 2640 mm. Pik-Up City 1.3 has a payload of 1.3 tonne and cargo length of 2500 mm.
Where driver comfort is concerned, the Bolero MaXX Pik-Up gets a driver + 2 seating option with height adjustable driver seat, a digital instrument cluster and is designed for easy entry and exit thus enhancing the overall comfort factor especially over long distance travel conditions. It rides on segment best 7R16 tyres that also offer added stability while withstanding wear and tear during loading. The pick-up truck has a turning radius of 5.5 meters.
Safety is also augmented with new turn indicators and wider wheel tracks that go a long way to not only ensure better visibility but also relates to better stability and safety. Being built of a single piece BSO – Body side outer, it offers improved strength and rigidity while parts are of HSLA – high strength low alloy that improves the durability of the vehicle. Allowing for a larger payload capacity makes the new Bolero MaXX more cost efficient relating to higher profits to the user.
It gets iMAXX telematic solutions offering over 50 features which can be accessed via a mobile app. These are offered in a total of 6 Indian languages of English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, and Malayalam and include features such as vehicle tracking, route planning, expense management, geo fencing, vehicle health monitoring, etc.
Mahindra Bolero Maxx Pik-Up – Engine Specs
Mahindra Bolero Maxx Pik-Up is powered by an m2Di diesel engine with CNG options. This engine offers 52.2 kW (71 PS) / 200 Nm and 59.7 kW (81 PS) / 220 Nm power and torque figures. Payload capacity is from 1.3T to 2T depending on variant and it offers a claimed mileage of 17.2 km/l.
The Mahindra Bolero MaXX Pik-Up comes with a 3 years / 1,00,000 km warranty. The company is offering attractive financial schemes for seamless purchase and ownership experience while service interval is 20,000 km. Mahindra also offers an optional 3 years / 90,000 km free preventive maintenance service.
