Last year, Royal Enfield updated its most affordable offering, Hunter 350, and now they are bestowing a similar treatment to its most expensive 350cc offering. We’re talking about the 2026 Goan Classic 350, which has just been launched in the country packing a few meaningful updates over its MY25 counterpart. Let’s take a closer look.
2026 RE Goan Classic 350 Launch
Royal Enfield has emerged as the king of 350cc to 650cc motorcycles in India and probably even the world. This is thanks to stalwarts like Classic 350 and Bullet 350 along with youngsters like Hunter 350. Within RE’s 350cc range of motorcycles, Goan Classic 350 is the most expensive one and it came with a unique design proposition.

Alongside its design and colourways reflecting the personalities of prospective buyers, it lacked a few elements that these buyers were looking for. Especially elements that one can’t simply retrofit from the aftermarket world. We’re talking about a slip and assist clutch that offers controlled downshifts, smoother overall shifts and lighter clutch action.
If updated 2025 Hunter 350 is anything to go by, riders are likely going to appreciate this update as the slip and assist clutch offers lighter action on the lever. Royal Enfield has also given a faster charging USB port for riders too. This used to be USB Type-C and continues to be so, but will charge electric peripherals at a faster rate.

2026 RE Goan Classic 350 starts from Rs 2,19,787 (Ex-sh) for Shack Black and Purple Haze colourways and Rs 2,22,593 (Ex-sh) for Trip Teal Green and Rave Red colourways. The standout elements of Goan Classic 350 like white-walled tyres, unique graphics, ape hanger style handlebar and its longer swingarm continue as is.
What else is new?
Apart from these, Goan Classic 350 had a trick up its sleeve as it packed cross-spoke wheels that supported tubeless tyres. The only 350cc Royal Enfield to get them at launch. Royal Enfield recently offered similar cross-spoke tubeless wheels to Meteor 350 Sundowner Orange Edition as well.

Powering 2026 RE Goan Classic 350 is the same 349cc single-cylinder SOHC 2V/cyl air-cooled engine as before. This engine is capable of developing 20 bhp of peak power and 27 Nm of peak torque, now mated to a slipper clutch and a 6-speed gearbox. Cycle parts and other equipment continue as they were without any changes.
