1936 Daimler Sports Coupe, 1952 Daimler DB 18 DHC, 1946 Lincoln Continental , 1935 Avon DHC, 1929 Buick Convertible and 1930 Packard 733 will be part of the 21 Gun Salute Vintage car rally alongwith 200 vintage cars, and 50 vintage bikes selected from over 3500 vintage cars in India. 5th edition of 21 Gun Salute Vintage car rally will drive down from Red Fort to Gurgaon (52 km stretch) on 21st February 2015.

Madan Mohan, Managing Director, 21 Gun Salute Vintage car rally says the 2015 vintage car rally is being organised at a much larger scale and will be grander than the previous editions. The rally looks to acquaint the youth to India’s rich heritage and culture of cars. Several international car clubs and royal families from India will participate.
Malaysia Singapore Vintage Car club is participating with 7-8 cars. Madan Mohan, one of India’s notable vintage car collectors says 5th edition of 21 Gun Salute International Vintage Car Rally and Concours Auto show is probably the first vintage show with vintage cars coming from across boundaries. Vintage car clubs in UK, Srilanka, and Paris have expressed a desire to participate.
After flagging off from Red Fort Delhi, 21 Gun Salute Vintage car rally will pass through Rajghat, Teenmurti Marg. National art Gallery, etc, and and at Leisure Valley Park in Sector 29 Gurgaon where participants and guests will be felicitated. Organised in association with Heritage Motoring Club of India (HMCI), international authorities associated are Douglas Fox, General Secretary Malaysia Singapore Vintage Car Club, Ken Gross, Automotive writer from UK, and Klause Muller. Cars participating date from pre war era of 1880s to the glorious 1960s. On display will be a marvel from Karl Friedrich Benz.
