Aamir Khan joins Datsun India as brand ambassador – Ahead of Go, Go+ launch

Datsun India has launched a new campaign, called ‘Experience Change’. They have signed Bollywood’s Mr Perfectionist, Aamir Khan as brand ambassador. This campaign targets the young, optimistic, energetic and ambitious new gen consumer. The first campaign featuring the actor focuses on driving change with Datsun cars.

Aamir Khan said, “I am thrilled to be associated with an iconic brand that stands for quality and innovation. I look forward to being a part of the Datsun family and its fascinating growth journey in India.”

The multi media campaign encompasses digital, print, radio, TV, OOH, dealerships and city activations this festive season. New Datsun Go and Go+, and redi-Go will feature in the campaign to showcase vehicles made with Japanese engineering and modern design aesthetics.

Refreshed new Datsun Go and Go+ sport a multitude of interior and exterior features with added safety aspects. Both cars feature a Dual front Airbag system, ABS (Antilock braking system) with EBD (Electronic brake-force distribution) and BA (Brake assist), Rear Parking assist sensors, Driver seat-belt reminder and Follow-me-home escort lighting system as standard fitment for all variants.

Datsun Go and Go+ are available in ‘Amber Orange’ and ‘Sunstone brown’ colours. The front grille design is changed. Front and rear numbers are refreshed, and both cars sport LED DRL fashion lamps. 14 inch diamond-cut alloy wheels complete the look.

Interior dashboard design, a sporty instrument cluster with trip computer MFD (Multi-Function display) are noticeable changes. Anti-fatigue front seats are done up in sporty bolster cushioning. The new 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system supports Android Auto, Apple Car-play, Google Map navigation, App support & voice recognition technology.
