Developed ground up from principles used in the aviation industry, the bike is a culmination of advanced engineering simulations, multi-level safety systems and design identity.

In bringing it forward as a feasible product, it’s the coming together of a high-end tech oriented, high performance electric motorcycle. F77, a smart and connected electric motorcycle features ride telematics, remote diagnostics, over-the-air (OTA) upgrades, regenerative braking, multiple ride modes, ride analytics, and bike tracking.

Narayan Subramaniam, Founder and CEO, Ultraviolette Automotive Pvt. Ltd. said,”We are thrilled to announce the unveiling of our high performance electric motorcycle – F77. The F77 is a creation of the very best in form, function and futuristic technology and we are glad that our vision to create an identity for electric vehicles has come to fruition.

At Ultraviolette Automotive, all our products and solutions are designed and developed with a single-minded focus towards delivering high levels of performance and unparalleled user experience across the usage and ownership experience cycles, and the F77 is a testimony to that.”

With electric vehicles being presented as an alternative automotive future, the idea of mobility as we know it is being projected to change. To what degree is yet unknown, but change there will be. However, will that alone be enough to expect a natural and quick transition to electric two-wheelers is not guaranteed.

In recent times, a large number of two wheelers are presenting an electric possibility in India. This includes more scooter manufacturers that you can count on your fingertips and a more limited number of motorcycle manufacturers. Of the electric motorcycles across varying capacity, the more well known showcases have been from Torq, Emflux, Revolt, and Harley Davidson.

What degree of success these manufacturers reach when a product is launched is yet to be seen. As of now, Revolt is the only manufacturer that’s launched a product in the market. Others in in varying stages of testing and development. Electric scooters on the other hand are being sold a dime a dozen.
