Aprilia has revealed the new Tuono 125 sportsbike claiming Euro4 compliance.

The new Aprilia Tuono 125 sportsbike had made its global debut at the Intermot 2016. This marks five years since the four-stroke RS4 125 sportsbike was launched. The new Tuono 125 is powered by the same 124cc DOHC single cylinder, four stroke engine with EFI. It comes ready to be fitted with Aprilia’s Quick Shift system which was also seen on board the Aprilia Tuono V4 1100.

Aprilia Tuono 125 is Euro4 compliant. It receives some standard safety features such as ABS while it can be connect to a smartphone via an AMP ECU system offering all necessary information on the smartphone. It also gets a multifunction display which can be controlled via controls on handle-bars while it gets a lap timer with memory for upto 20 laps.

Borrowing inspiration from the Aprilia Tuono 1100, the Tuono 125 is seen with an aluminum chassis and brake system to include a 300mm steel disc in the front and 220mm disc at the rear. It offers comfortable seating for both rider and passenger and boasts of a light structure with high rigidity. Pricing and other details will be announced in due course.

In addition to the Tuono 125, Aprilia has also unveiled the 2017 spec RS4 125, which will now be called as RS125. Styled as the flagship RSV4, the RS125 is powered by the same engine as the Tuono 125.
