Ashok Leyland Digital Market Place now receives three new solutions to help customers
The four pillars of Ashok Leyland’s Digital Market Place – iALERT, Service Mandi, e-DIAGNOSTICS and LeyKart were launched in 2017. These were developed on the brand philosophy of ‘Aapki Jeet. Hamari Jeet’. Now the company has added to these digital solutions with iALERT 3.0, AL Cares and Uptime Solution Center.

These digital solutions are accessible via the users smartphone are easy to use and aid the customer in managing business while on the go and will go a long way to enhance profitability. Each of these solutions are developed in-house, owned and operated by Ashok Leyland. Below are the details of all three solutions
i-ALERT 3.0 – It is Telematics solution offered by Ashok Leyland to fleet operators. It addresses the technical complexities of BS4 and comes with a rich user interface design, simple navigation to key features. Thus allowing users to monitor vehicle information and manage fleet. It includes tracking and tracing of the vehicle, geo fencing and trip management besides route deviation tracking, fuel management and alerts. i-ALERT 3.0 also offers users fuel management tracking, service reminders and driver/dealer monitoring and location.
AL Cares – This is a digital solution offered by Ashok Leyland for its commercial vehicle customers to manage their end to end businesses in a more efficient and economical manner. It offers access to commercial vehicle details and e-locker facilities to store and access all vehicle related documents. AL Cares also takes care of service reminders, service bookings and real time alerts. It also offers customers a platform for solutions like Dealer Business Management (DBM), iALERT and LeyKart with access to vehicle operations and maintenance requirements.
Uptime Solution Center – This is Ashok Leyland’s third digital solution via the DigitAL Nxt platform. It offers customers connected vehicle technology with the ability to detect problem issues well in advance. It also offers real time analysis of vehicle parameters with quick response support in case of breakdowns. This platform is based on Bigdata and Cloud technologies and supported by 9 cornerstone applications iALERT, real-time ECU errors, visual analytics, VC 2.0 connected diagnostics application, ECU Flashing Over the Air (FOTA), live remote diagnostics, scheduled diagnostics, e-diagnostics and sensorization.
