A Bond flick is never complete without a car chase sequence involving an Aston Martin and this time it’s gonna be even more special as the car is created for the purpose. The Aston Martin DB10 Bond Car has been in the news ever since the first teaser video of the next James Bond flick, Spectre was aired. The folks at Gaydon-based supercar firm has created the model specifically for the spy movie and have built two examples to be used for the stunts.
A latest video features the Team Spectre, including the protagonist Daniel Craig, director Sam Mendes and the stunt crew, talking about the snazzy automobile. James Bond actor says that the campaign is extremely fortunate to have a car of DB10’s caliber being specially made for the movie and Mendes share his hero’s sentiment.
The matte grey Aston Martin DB10 will be driven by James Bond and will feature in a high-octane chase scene with an orange Jaguar C-X75 which takes the villain role. The notable stunts involving the two super exclusive not-for-sale supercars are high speed drifts in a city environment and jumps.
We can’t wait to watch the movie which is scheduled to premiere on October 26 in the UK.
