Audi A7 sportback was first unveiled back in 2009 at Detroit Auto Show and started selling from 2010. Due for a mid-life facelift, the A7 facelift has already entered final testing phase. Recently, a 2015 Audi A7 was spied without any camouflage in Russia.

Audi A7 face lift spy shot 01In past few months, Audi A7 test mule was getting spotted in complete traditional camouflage, but the latest one is whole lot better. An enthusiastic and thoughtful auto aficionado recorded a video of facelifted Audi A7 during test in Moscow having no cryptic cover up.

Apparently, the 2015 Audi A7 gets new head lamps and front grille to mark that its facelifted. The headlight however resembles Audi’s latest Allroad Shooting Brake Concept Car, derived from Audi TT. These head lamps will house Audi’s Matrix LEDs.

Expected in-cabin features in this five door hatchback are Audi’s new virtual cockpit digital instrument console, 4G LTE connectivity, new driver assist functions, and upgraded In-Car Entertainment (ICE) System with dedicated display standing on top of centre console.

The base version A7 will still sport a supercharged 3.0 litre V6 TFSI engine sending out 310 hp max. power, while mid variant S7 gobbles up a twin turbocharged 4.0 litre V8 engine doing 420 hp top power. The high end Audi RS7 will push out massive 560 hp from same engine block featured in mid range S7. The 3.0 litre turbo diesel in Audi A7 TDI might feature the new range, which were unveiled earlier this month.

This facelift Audi A7 should be formally unveiled very soon and go on sale later this summer in Europe.
