Bajaj Pulsar 150 Classic launched – Rs 10,000 cheaper than regular P150

With a price tag of Rs 67,437, 2018 Bajaj Pulsar Classic 150 is the second most affordable offering in the Pulsar range after Pulsar 135 LS. Images by Mr Kumbhar.

2018 Bajaj Pulsar Classic 150 is officially launched in India at Rs 67,435. It is a more affordable version of the Pulsar 150 Twin Disc. Though they share the same engine specifications, they both differ aesthetically.

The blacked out 2018 Bajaj Pulsar Classic 150 comes in without any graphics or tank extensions. It is offered with a single seating instead of a split seat layout and all black components and is offered in a single shade of black.

It gets telescopic forks in the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear with 240mm disc brakes in the front and 130mm drum brakes at the rear.

2018 Bajaj Pulsar Classic 150 continues to be powered by a BS IV compliant 149cc, single cylinder engine offering 14 hp peak power at 8,000 rpm and 13.4 nm peak torque at 6,000 rpm mated to a 5 speed gearbox.

It gets a fuel tank of 15 liter capacity, kerb weight of 144 kgs and ground clearance at 165mm while seat height is at 785mm. Top speed stands at 115 kmph.

With its affordable pricing, the 2018 Bajaj Pulsar Classic 150 will compete against the Hero Achiever 150 and the Honda Unicorn 160 and 150 along with the TVS Apache RTR 160 V2.
