Bajaj Auto is updating their entire line-up, and also launching new motorcycles. In the past few weeks, we have seen them updating Pulsar Classic, Pulsar 150, Pulsar 180 and Pulsar 220F. They will soon launch new motorcycles too, in the form of 2019 Dominar and Pulsar 180 F. Another Pulsar which has now received an update, is the NS 200.
2019 Bajaj Pulsar NS 200 ABS now gets a new colour option. The new yellow coloured Pulsar NS 200 has started arriving at dealerships across India. It is seen with a single channel ABS system, as well as RLP (rear lift protection).
Until now, Pulsar NS200 was sold in three colour options – Red, Black and White. The addition of new yellow colour is expected to bring in more sales for the brand. A similar yellow colour was on offer with RS200 earlier. But that was discontinued, and now only Red, Blue and Black colours are on offer with RS 200.
2019 Bajaj Pulsar NS 200 is powered by the same 199.5cc, liquid cooled, triple spark petrol engine offering 23.5 PS power at 9,500 rpm and 18.3 Nm torque at 8,000 rpm. It receives features such as H4 Blue Ting headlamps (55W low beam, 65W high beam), AHO, optional ABS, LED tail lamps, telescopic front syspension, nitrox mono rear suspension and disc brakes at the front and rear. Top speed is at 135+ kmph and fuel efficiency is at 35-45 kmpl.
Kerb wt for the non-ABS variant stands at 152 kgs, and for the ABS variant it is 154 kgs. It is 2017 mm long, 804 mm wide, 1075 mm tall. Ground clearance is at 169 mm while wheelbase is at 1363 mm. Tyres are 17 inch alloys, wrapped in 100/80 rubber in front, and 130/70 at rear. Price for non-ABS variant is Rs 1 lakh, and that for ABS variant is Rs 1.12 lakh, ex-sh.
