This is how they unveiled Bajaj Pulsar 200SS in Cambodia – Video

Over the last few months, Bajaj Auto has showcased their yet to be launched Bajaj Pulsar 200SS in many countries. But somehow, the country where it is expected to sell the most, is not on the list. Why would Bajaj not unveil Pulsar 200SS in India, and showcase it in markets abroad, is a question I fail to answer. If you have an answer, please highlight the same in the comments box below.

Manufactured at their plant in Pune, in 2014 Bajaj Auto has exported a total of seven units of Pulsar 200SS to markets outside India. Zauba reveals that 2 units have been exported to Thailand, 2 to Turkey, 2 to Japan and 1 to Indonesia. Photos and videos from all these countries have been shared online over the past few months, teasing Pulsar fans back in India.

Now, the latest country to be added to the list is Cambodia, a neighbour country to Thailand. As per the video below, which was shared back in December 2014, Bajaj Auto has unveiled Pulsar 200SS in Cambodia. Though the motorcycle was only showcased and not launched, scanning through auto websites in Cambodia it is revealed that after Cambodia, Pulsar 200 SS is going to be showcased in Vietnam, and to all South East Asian countries where Bajaj Auto has a presence. Again, why not India, or India ka number kab aayega Bajaj?

Anyways, speaking about its techspecs, it will be powered by a 200 cc single cylinder liquid cooled engine, mated to a six speed gearbox. This engine will deliver max power of 24.5 bhp. To be available in four colour options – Red, Yellow, Black, and Blue, a new 200AS variant has also been showcased in Indonesia. You can have a look at the same here.
