Bajaj Pulsar RS200 ABS variant arrives at dealerships (15 Photos) – Launch tomorrow

Bajaj Pulsar RS200 is to be launched on March 26, 2015. It will be the first ever Pulsar to receive ABS. Bookings have opened at company dealerships on a down payment of INR 5,000 while the bike has already entered production at company plant in Chakan.

Third launch by Bajaj Auto Limited in 2015, following launch of Platina ES and CT 100, Bajaj Pulsar RS200, (where RS stands for Race Sport) has been spied with ABS badging on its front mudguard along with MRF Zapper – S tyres and steel braided brake lines, as seen on KTM bikes.

The upcoming Bajaj Pulsar RS200 ABS will measure 2,060 mm in length, 750 mm in width and 1,160 mm in height, while ground clearance will stand at 165 mm thus making it ideal to tackle Indian road conditions. On board features include LED daytime running lights, LED tail lamps and a semi digital instrument cluster.

To be launched in both ABS and Non ABS versions in a total of four color options of Red, Yellow, Blue and Black, Bajaj Pulsar RS200 will be powered by a triple spark, single cylinder 199.5 cc engine also seen powering the 200NS. This engine on board 200NS offers 23.52 PS power and 18.3 Nm torque while on RS200 is capable of 24.4 PS power and 18.6 Nm torque mated to a 6 speed transmission. This will allow the Pulsar RS200 to live upto the claim of being ‘Fastest Pulsar Yet’.

Pricing is slated to be in the region of INR 1.1-1.3 lakhs which will be confirmed at launch tomorrow. Stay tuned to RushLane as we bring you LIVE updates from the launch event.
