BattRE LoEV electric scooter launched at Rs 60k – Dual disc, fast charge

BattRE Electric Mobility has announced launch of their second electric two wheeler in India which runs on lithium ferro phosphate battery and is cloud connected.

BattRE LoEV is an electric scooter that is positioned in the premium entry level electric scooter segment. It is a product of BattRE Electric Mobility Pvt. Ltd, an EV startup, founded in 2017 and headquartered in Jaipur. This new electric scooter is the second such e-scooter from the company with the first being the BattRE-One which was launched in June last year

BattRE LoEV comes in with outstanding features such as dual disc brakes, remote key, anti theft alarm system and reverse gear. It also receives a wheel immobilizer, 10 amp fast charger allowing for a 2 hour charging time at an home or office on a regular 5 Amp plug, LED display and LED DRLs.

The scooter is powered by a detachable portable 1.44 kWH 48V 30Ah battery Lithium Ferro Phosphate battery which gets a 3 year warranty. A notable feature of lithium-iron phosphate batteries is a life span of 2,000 charge cycles, which is twice the lifespan of an average lithium-ion battery.

Priced at Rs.59,900, the BattRE love e-scooter is offered in a choice of 6 colour options. It will be seen with three riding modes, advanced technology and will be on sale via the company’s existing dealerships across the country.

Over the past 7 months, BattRE Electric Mobility has ramped up their dealer count to over 50 dealerships in 6 states across South India, Maharashtra and Gujarat. With the launch of the new LoEV, this dealership base is expected to be increased two fold spanning states such as UP, Bihar, MP and Rajasthan over the next 2 quarters. BattRE LoEV is on sale via company dealership in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat, etc and also on Amazon India.
