Bentley Continental GT Speed Convertible has been officially revealed by the British luxury car manufacturer. It possesses a top speed of 202 mph (323 kmph), making it the fastest four seater convertible in the world. Bentley will publicly unveil the GTC Speed for the first time at the 2013 North American International Auto Show in Detroit on 14th January.
This super fast convertible will possess a twin turbocharged 6.0 liter W12 engine mated to an 8 speed transmission and will be capable of 625 PS power and 15% better fuel efficiency. Acceleration from 0 to 60 mph is accomplished in 4.1 seconds while 0 to 100 mph can be reached in 9.7 seconds while peak torque stands at 800 Nm.
Superb craftsmanship both inside and out are seen on the new Continental GT Speed Convertible. 21” alloy wheels, dark tint grille, large elliptical exhaust tailpipes are part of its exterior makeup while interiors are finished in fine wood veneers and satin finish Carbon Fiber for fascia and centre console. Infotainment systems are the latest along with optional satellite landscape imagery, live traffic data, digital radio and music via an iPod, MP3 player and the cars own six disc CD changer or SD card.
