Biker stops Mahindra Thar driver who was driving on wrong side – Here’s what happens next (Video)

While driving / riding, we have seen instances on our roads where some citizens have little or no regard for rules and regulations. Some are so blatant that they do not care about oncoming traffic and drive through on the wrong side. One such incident has now caught on camera and it is going viral on social media.

This incident took place in Bhopal, the capital city of Madhya Pradesh. A Mahindra Thar driver, who is driving on the wrong side of the road, is met by a biker. The Thar is in the way of the biker, instead of giving way to such idiots, the brave biker decided to take a stand. He made sure that the Mahindra Thar driver does not move any further as he stopped his bike in front of the Mahindra Thar.

The Mahindra Thar driver threatens the biker verbally, he also threatens to drive the car over the biker. All this while the biker kept calm and told the Thar driver to go back and drive in the right lane. The Thar driver then gets down of his car and goes to the biker. He then bends and takes photo of the biker’s number plate. After that, he keeps the phone in his pocket and calmly walks towards the biker. Once near, the Thar driver starts laying blows, slaps and kicks on the biker’s body, who is visibly surprised by the sudden attack. By the time biker gets in control of the situation, the Thar driver has beaten the biker down on to the road.

By now, a lot of people have gathered at the spot. The biker gets back on his feet, and tries to give the Thar driver a taste of his own medicine. But, the Thar driver continues to beat the biker. Some bystanders come to rescue of the biker. More people soon intervene. The Thar driver now realizes that he is outnumbered. He then tries to flee away from the scene, which he does by reversing the car. Watch the full video below.

The incident took place on 3rd November. The biker has filed an FIR with the local police station who have levied four charges against the Thar driver. These are – obscene act in any public place; voluntarily causing hurt; criminal intimidation; Duty to obey traffic signs.

Hats off to the biker for taking a firm stand and not giving in to the arrogant and intimidating Mahindra Thar driver’s demands. We cannot blame the cops every time. It is our duty as well to make sure that fellow citizens follow traffic rules.
