Indian two wheeler market is the first to see black Royal Enfield Continental GT racer. Bookings are open with immediate effect. Continental GT in black is available at a price of Rs 2,13,142 on road in Delhi, similar to GT Red and GT Yellow.

The new signature Black Royal Enfield Continental GT racer re-emphasizes its origins, rooted in rocker sub-culture of the Swinging 60’s.
Continental GT continues to do well globally, and plays a key role in realising Royal Enfield’s ambition to attain global leadership in the mid-size (250-750cc) motorcycle market. For February 2015, Royal Enfield posts overall (domestic wholesale and export) sales of 30240 units (PY 20343 units), equating to 49 pct growth.
The stretched out low-profile black fuel tank with knee recesses, low set handlebars, rear set footpegs, genuine clip-on bars and the black bump stop along with chrome upswept exhaust complete the cafe racer look. Black Royal Enfield Continental GT racer features a brown coloured flat sculpted racing seat with contrast stitching. UK-based Harris Performance was consulted to create the new chassis to deliver precise ride and handling via a double cradle frame and new 41mm front forks, and twin gas-charged Paioli rear shockers. Pirelli Sport Demon tyres and Brembo brakes are used.
