Built on a completely new platform, new generation BMW 7 Series upto 200 kgs lighter than the old gen 7er. Though new 7er has lost weight, it now offers much more space, comfort, safety and technology than ever before.
Design of new 7 Series has been inspired by old 7er and new BMW design DNA which is seen in new 3 Series and 4 Series. This has given the flagship BMW sedan a touch of sportiness, without losing on the premium appeal.
Powering the new 7 Series are a range of new engine options. Base 730d/Ld gets a 3.0 liter inline 6 turbo generating 265 PS, 740i/Li get 3.0 liter inline six petrol generating 326 PS while top of the line 750Li gets a 4.4 liter turbo V8 generating 450 PS.
