45 units of new BMW 7 Series, 5 Series, X5 delivered to Leela Palaces

New BMW 7 Series, 5 Series and X5 will be chauffeur driven for exclusive guests at the Leela Hotels and Resorts

BMW Group India has delivered a total of 45 cars to the Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts across the country. These luxury cars which include 7 Series, 5 Series and X5 in the premium range will be used by the hoteliers to chauffeur guests at Leela properties if they so choose.

BMW 7 Series, BMW 5 Series and BMW X5 offer the best-in-class comfort and safety; and by adding these cars to the existing fleet, BMW extends their long term association with the Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts. The cars themselves are the best in terms of luxury, comfort and quality which will go a long way in enhancing the luxurious experience of guest to these renowned properties during their stay.

Most times, the journey begins with an airport pick-up, so hospitality standards are set even before a guest sets foot inside one of Leela’s properties, and a first impression, when paying top dollar, counts for something. A prime example of best foot forward is Leela Goa, located at an hour’s drive from the airport. With Goa being popular as a holiday destination for domestic and overseas tourists, as well as for business conferences, and conventions, Leela guests are given a taste of their visit as soon as they exit the airport.

BMW India Hotels

The same luxury awaits Leela guests at Udaipur, another popular holiday destination. The advantage of the cluster of hotels at Pichola Lake is its lake serenity, and for every guest in the vicinity, the experience begins with a boat ride to the hotel from the jetty. Getting to Leela Palace Udaipur is an hour long journey from the airport, and as expected, hospitality begins as soon as one has landed.

With Leela Group’s hospitality being top of the line, the brand’s long-standing association with BMW is to be expected. The alliance has been growing in strength over the years, and is an experience curated for guests since the start of the decade.

‘Chauffeur Product Familiarization

BMW India will also hold training sessions for the hotel chauffeurs. Called ‘Chauffeur Product Familiarization’, the chauffeurs and fleet managers will be guided through the features of these exclusive vehicles, while a demo will be held to show off the performance and innovative features present in each of the models. The training will include driveability, safety and after sales service being offered by the company.

Vikram Pawah, President, BMW Group India said, “Since its inception in India, the BMW Group has successfully created outstanding premium mobility solutions for its discerning customers and premium clientele.”
