BMW Group investment in BMW Financial Services India has been upped to Rs. 5.3 billion (US $ 106 million) for2012 as compared to Rs. 2.3 billion (US $ 50 million) in 2010. A Customer Interaction Centre has been introduced at BMW Financial Services India. This tear will see BMW Financial Services India employ upward of an 80 strong staff at their Gurgaon headquarters.
2012 sees BMW Financial Services India operate their in-house Customer Interaction Centre. The centre will aid existing and prospective BMW customers replete with a typical BMW experience. The centre sees professionally trained executives provide financing and leasing, insurance, asset management, dealer financing and company car pools information for those who enquire.
BMW Financial Services India was started on 5th October, 2010. It’s a 100% subsidiary with headquarters in Gurgaon (National Capital Region). It was on 16th June, 2010 that BMW Financial Services received a license to operate as a Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) from the Reserve Bank of India.

The BMW Group has increased its investment in BMW Financial Services India to 5.3 billion Indian Rupees (US $ 106 million) in 2012 from 2.3 billion Indian Rupees (US $ 50 million) in 2010.

In 2012, BMW Financial Services India will employ more than 80 people at its headquarters in Gurgaon.
