The Bugatti Veyron Supersport is not just the world’s fastest car but is also one of the most expensive ones to own and maintain. American car collector Alejandro Solomon who goes by the name Solomondrin on Youtube and Instagram gives us a fair idea on the maintenance costs of this engineering marvel.
Considering that the Bugatti Veyron Supersport was created with high precision components and top-notch materials inside out, it doesn’t come as a surprise that even a single random component costs more than a regular mid-size sedan. For example, tyres which are recommended by Bugatti to be replaced in every 4,000 km would set you back somewhere around USD 30,000 (around INR 19.63 lakhs)!
And for every three tyre changes, Bugatti recommends changing rims as well since the tyres are glued to the wheels (to prevent them from coming off due to the sheer power output). A set of rims for the Veyron Supersport would cost around USD 120,000 (around INR 78.5 lakhs)! No wonder spotting a Bugatti on a public road is extremely rare.
