With Ducati confirming their re-entry into India, AMP Motors, located in Sector-34 Gurgaon are the company’s first dealers and construction of the new showroom is underway adjacent to the Indian Motorcycle dealership. The new Ducati dealership India will have capacity to display the entire range of Ducati offerings while it will also sport a lounge area and merchandise section. Bookings of Ducati bikes will commence immediately after inauguration of the new showroom while deliveries will commence thereafter.
Ducati will bring their entire lineup to India. This includes the recently unveiled Scrambler, besides Monster, Hypermotard, Panigale, Diavel, Multistrada and Streetfighter. The Scrambler will be the most affordable bike in Ducati lineup, and is expected to be priced at INR 9 lakhs.
The under construction Ducati dealership in Gurgaon which is seen sporting a large poster of the Panigale, will be a 3S dealership, stocking the entire Ducati range which will be brought into the country via the CBU route. Other dealerships are also being planned in Western, Eastern and Southern regions of India, as the Italian bike maker plans on spreading its wings across the country especially with the Indian performance bike market growing by leaps and bounds.
Ducati Scrambler line has bikes for all uses, be it every day bikes to off roaders. This is the latest and most affordable line of bikes from Ducati which made its world debut at 2014 INTERMOT show in Cologne, Germany. The Scrambler is available in four versions, Icon, Urban Enduro, Full Throttle and Classic, and will also make its first official presence at the India Bike Week at Vagator in Goa on February 20 and 21, 2015.
