Italian sports bike marquee, Ducati officially re-entered India earlier this year. Under Ducati India name, the brand is all set to hold its first official press conference on 19th June 2015.
This is also when the company will make the first official deliveries of their motorcycles in India. Ducati India has already established three fully functional dealerships in Mumbai, Delhi and Gurgaon; with all models on sale which also includes the all-new Scrambler and their flagship 1299 Panigale.
To compete with various brands such as DSK Benelli, Triumph, BMW Motorrad, Kawasaki, Honda, Yamaha and Suzuki here in India, Ducati comes with a unique blend of offerings. This includes – Scrambler, Monster, Hypermotard, 899, Multistrada, Diavel, and Panigale. India dealerships have already commenced bookings as buyers eagerly await to get deliveries of their Ducati bikes.
With the company set to establish itself in the Indian market it believes that it will be Ducati’s Scrambler and Monster 795 which will be the most in demand. Ducati India has confirmed that price of all their bikes will be highly competitive.
Below is the leaked price list of Ducati India
Ducati Scrambler – Rs. 6.38 lakhs
Ducati Monster – Rs. 7 to 25 lakhs
Ducati Hypermotard – Rs. 10 to 11.20 lakhs
Ducati 899 – Rs. 13.20 lakhs
Ducati Multistrada – Rs. 14 to 20 lakhs
Ducati Diavel – Rs. 13.8 to 37.20 lakhs
Ducati Panigale 1299 – Rs. 32 to 46 lakhs
Official prices will be revealed on 19th June. All bikes will be brought in as CBUs manufactured at the Ducati factory in Rayong district, Thailand.
