Ducati Panigale V4 makes global debut at EICMA 2017 – 1:1 power to wt

Ducati’s Panigale V4 is the company’s first mass produced bike to receive a four cylinder engine from the MotoGP Desmosedici.

Ducati has unveiled the much awaited Panigale V4 to the world. It was showcased at the EICMA 2017 where it was seen in a brilliant red color scheme. Ducati Panigale V4 is powered by a 1103cc engine derived from the MotoGP Desmosedici.

This twin cylinder engine puts out a maximum of 214 hp peak power at 13,000 rpm and could be boosted to 226 hp by mounting an accessory all titanium Akropovic exhaust. Torque would stand at 91.5 lb/ft at 10,000 rpm. It will offer power to weight ration of 1:1 hp/kg with a kerb weight of 198 kgs.
