Ducati India confirms two bookings of its Panigale V4 R. Five units of the Panigale V4 R are allotted to India. Tow of which have now been booked at the company’s North Star Automotive dealership, Delhi-NCR. This is a new dealership for the company.
As it stands, Ducati Panigale V4 R is the most powerful road legal production motorcycle sold in India. The WSBK category racing bike retails at a price of Rs 51,80,000, ex-showroom. A road legal WSBK category racing bike, Panigale V4 R wears racing-inspired livery and runs on racing DNA.
Both orders will be fulfilled August 2019 as deliveries are scheduled for next month. In order to enhance customer experience, and provide the best they can, the dealer partner will deliver both bikes at the BIC track. The company says, on ‘turf that is most capable of respecting our racing DNA’.

Panigale V4 R gets power from the 998 cm3 Desmosedici Stradale R engine. The engine delivers max power of 221 hp and 112 Nm. Kerb wt is at 172 kgs. With racing kit, the engine power output increases to 234 hp, while wt reduces to 165.5 kgs. Top speed stands at 300+ kmph. It comes with a 2 year unlimited kms warranty.
The bike features a new fairing incorporating wings elements of MotoGP origin. Features include race-grade Ohlins suspension with mechanical adjustment, and an aluminium swing arm with an adjustable four-position axle. Front frame is revised for stiffness. Electronic controls are borrowed from Panigale V4 S, and revised for pro rider requirements. An Aero Pack designed by Ducati Corse improves on-track aerodynamic efficiency.
