Duster 4WD Brave Edition with military camouflage launched

Dacia Italy has introduced a Limited Edition Duster Brave Edition at € 19,900 (INR 15,89,481). Limited to just 100 units, Duster Brave Edition boasts of military type camouflage with distinctive ‘Brave Edition” badges.

Duster 4WD Brave Edition (1)Duster Brave Limited Edition model will boast of a well camouflaged exterior dominated by orange ORVM caps while interiors will sport leather wrapped steering wheel, reverse parking sensors, AC and power windows both at the front and rear. Infotainment will be in the form of a MediaNAV system with Bluetooth while steering mounted controls are also part of the interior makeup.

Engine specifications on board the Dacia Duster Brave Edition include a 1.5 liter four cylinder turbocharged K9K diesel engine that is also seen on the India spec Renault Duster. This engine is capable of 110 PS peak power mated to a 6 speed manual transmission and is being offered only with 4 WD system. Duster Brave is the first of three Extra Limited Edition displaying an adventurous Duster stance and exclusive off roading facilities.

India is also set to receive an All Wheel Drive Duster with intelligent i-drive system allowing driver to select between three modes – 2WD, Auto and 4 Wheel Lock. This Duster AWD comes with tinted headlights and body decals while it gets a dark shade for alloy wheels as seen on the Duster Adventure Edition. Interiors boast of red inserts on seats and new steering wheel. Duster AWD competes with Mahindra Scorpio and Tata Safari Storme, and is expected to come at a price of INR 12.9 lakhs when it launches sometime in September.
