Faraday Future shows off 1000 hp electric car FFZERO1 concept at CES 2016

Faraday Future FFZERO1 Concept is a high performance sports car that has been unveiled at CES 2016. Designed more for the race track than as a street car, the 1000 hp FFZERO1 Concept is capable of acceleration from 0 to 100 kmph in less than 3 seconds and achieves a top speed of over 300 kmph. However, the model on display is just a concept and is being used to showcase the potential that Farday Future possesses.

Faraday Future has designed the FFZERO1 Concept with a glass roof offering a clear view of interiors done up in white carbon fiber. Interiors sport a smartphone mount in the center on the steering wheel while Halo Safety System offers driver head and neck support.

A helmet is also a part of the accessories on the Faraday Future FFZERO1 Concept which feeds water to the driver along with oxygen. The instrument panel is designed to keep track of biometric data of the driver. Cabin is large for just one person and the driver sits at a 45 degree angle so as to enhance both comfort and blood circulation.

Based on a Variable Platform Architecture, the platform is modular and flexible which can be changed according to size desired. The number and power of the drive system can also be changed while change in physical and electric size of battery pack is also possible which is a unique feature offered in the industry.

Faraday Future was founded 18 months ago and employs over 850 people. The company promises its first production vehicle in the next two years.
