FIAT Chrysler Automobiles India check-up camps increase customer engagement at workshops during seasons and special occasions. FCA reaches out to its customers to undergo the preventive check. Kevin Flynn, President and Managing Director, FIAT Chrysler India Operations says FCA is active in reaching out to existing and prospective customers and reiterate its commitment to the Indian market. Checkup camps have yielded a positive response in the past.
FCA exclusive dealership executives will contact existing customers through text messages and e-mails to notify them. The three day checkup camp will run simultaneously at all 122 FCA workshops in 104 cities. FIAT Chrysler Automobiles India will carry out a 50 point check up for all Fiat customers. Camps offer a free top wash, and wind shield liquid washer bottle, along with variable discount on labour and car parts for mechanical repairs.
Fiat vehicles with delivery date on or after 1st January 2011 entail 15 pct discount on labour billing and 10 pct discount on parts. Vehicles with delivery date on or before 31st December 2010 have 25 pct discount on labour billing and 12 pct discount on parts. Punto 15″ alloy wheels are available at MRP of Rs 6990 and will be offered at a discount of Rs 2000 at Rs 4990 per alloy wheel until 31st March 2015. FIAT Chrysler Automobiles India operates 131 exclusive dealerships in 104 cities. Under its Amico programme, a customer relationship manager is allotted to each Fiat owner.
