2014 Fiat Punto spotted on test in Pune, will come in with various upgrades with regard to external and internal features while engine specifications are slated to remain unchanged. 2014 Fiat Punto facelift on test, unlike its earlier makeover, which only saw new colour options and alloy wheel design changes, was noted to receive some sporty new updates.
These are in the form of headlights borrowed from the Fiat Avventura, new front and rear bumpers and modified tail lights. Interiors will sport a new dashboard design, again similar to that seen on the new Linea facelift in a color combination of black and beige, a new center console and a revised instrument cluster.
Fiat Punto facelift updates will be all cosmetic as engine specifications will continue in the form of 1.2 liter and 1.4 liter petrol engines producing 68 bhp, 96 Nm and 90 bhp, 115 Nm respectively and two 1.3 liter diesel engines producing 75 bhp, 197 Nm and 90 bhp 209 Nm respectively. All engines will be mated to a 5 speed manual transmission. The 2014 Punto facelift will launch in India along with the Abarth 500 and Avventura crossover.
