First zonal rally of the season saw about 500 Harley-Davidson owners ride into Aurangabad. With the riding season between September to April, Harley-Davidson zonal rallies offer see new and seasoned riders come together, alongside their families.
At present, Harley-Davidson India has 14 Chapters. The two-day event saw riders engage in inter-chapter HOG activities, Custom contest, performances and a H.O.G. ride to Ellora caves.
Last year, Nine Bridges Chapter, Ahmedabad hosted the H.O.G. Western Rally. Tushar Nagarkar, Director, Two-Rivers Chapter, Pune Harley-Davidson says it was great to see Harley owners travel long distances to join the brotherhood. He was thrilled to host this year’s Western H.O.G. Rally.
The signature Custom contest saw a fleet of customised motorcycles. Prakash Bhatt won the custom contest. He feels honoured on being acknowledged for his creativity. Each Harley-Davidson motorcycle is unique, and customisation lets a rider express personal ideas and impressions. With over 8,000 Harley-Davidson owners in India, H.O.G. rallies are getting bigger with each edition.
