San Diego Comic-Con saw Harley-Davidson and Marvel Studios introduce Project LiveWire. Harley’ first electric motorcyclewas shown to fans at the international convention and features in Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron as Natasha Romanoff’s ride.
Project LiveWire’s presence in Avengers: Age of Ultron puts to rest all guesses about Harley-Davidson and Marvel teaming up again. Harley-Davidson Street 750 was featured in Marvel’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier earlier this year, apart from being seen in Marvel movies and television shows these past few years.
Dino Bernacchi, Director of U.S. Marketing at Harley-Davidson Motor Company said the partnership with Marvel continues to provide thrilling platforms to showcase latest bikes to existing and new fans of Harley. Street 750 also features in Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Project LiveWire isn’t on sale but does offer an insight to an electric Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Project LiveWire is continually being shown to consumers. Fans in San Diego rode the bike at the San Diego Harley-Davidson dealership July 25-26 to provide important feedback to help shape Harley’s first-ever electric motorcycle.
