Buyers need to register with the dealer when purchasing an E Bike for Battery EMI Scheme to receive a Hero Electric EMI Passbook. Monthly EMI has to be paid to dealer who has issued the passbook. Upon receiving each EMI, the dealer signs on the transaction, and uses a Hero Electric sticker.
E Bike owners can redeem a new battery in exchange of the original battery at the dealership within 24 months of purchase. A Battery Warranty Card cum receipt is provided when battery replacement is carried out for replaced battery warranty.
In case Super Saver Battery Scheme EMI’s aren’t paid regularly, at the time of battery replacement, customer can pay outstanding arrears between total amount of12 EMIs and amount paid.
