Hero Maestro Edge BSIII scooter price slashed by INR 12,500
Only for today. The new Hero Maestro Edge BSIII is being sold at a discount of INR 12,500.
Previewed as a near production concept under the Dash nameplate in 2014, Maestro Edge was officially launched back in 2016. Design highlights include a prominent angular headlamps, apron mounted turn indicators, a stylish exhaust canister, a black visor, wide rear combination light and a silver grab rail.
With Supreme Court of India banning sale of BSIII compliant two wheelers across India from tomorrow, dealers who have pending stock of BSIII vehicles are selling the same at huge discounts. Hero Maestro Edge BSIII variant is being sold at a flat discount of INR 12,500 on the on-road price.
Maestro Edge is powered by a new 110 cc air-cooled single cylinder engine which is developed in-house with inputs from its powertrain technical partner AVL Austria. Power output stands at 8.31 hp while torque output stands at 8.30 Nm. Feature highlights include tubeless tyres, telescopic front forks, and Integrated Braking System (a la Honda’s Combi Braking System).
The silver accented instrument console features an analog speedometer and a digital odometer. The wide seat can easily accommodate two with decent comfort and there is a useful lockable storage box on the inner side of the front apron. The underseat storage compartment can gobble a full face helmet.
The discount offer is only valid for today. As from tomorrow, no RTO in India will register BSIII two wheelers.
