Honda Dream Yuga, Livo, CB Shine, CB125 BSIII discounts up to INR 18,000

Earlier today, we reported how select Honda dealers are offering discounts on Navi, CBR650F, Activa, Dio, Aviator, some are also offering Navi free with CBR150R / CBR250R, just because they are in a hurry to clear out pending stock of BSIII vehicles, because from midnight of 31st March 2017, it will be illegal to sell BSIII compliant two wheelers in India.

In this post, we will talk about four Honda motorcycles which are now being offered at a discount of flat INR 18,000. These four motorcycles are Dream Yuga, Livo, CB Shine, and CB Shine 125.

Honda Dream Yuga is a 110 cc motorcycle which is specially developed for the commuter segment. It offers a claimed mileage of 74 kmpl. New Dream Yuga is being offered in a choice of three variants which include Kick/Drums/Spoke, Kick/ Drum/Alloy and Self/ Drum/Alloy. Built for the masses, Dream Yuga is available in five color options of Black, Monsoon Grey Metallic, Alpha Red Metallic, Force Silver Metallic and Maple Brown Metallic.

It is being offered with a choice of tubeless tyres, viscous air filter, maintenance free batteries and a light weight frame which will add to riding comforts. Dream Yuga is equipped with Honda Eco Technology.

Honda Livo

Speaking about Honda Livo, it is a premium 110 cc commuter which is positioned between Dream Yuga and CB Shine 125, to take on the likes of Mahindra Centuro, Hero Passion Pro, TVS Start City+, etc.

Livo features a new design with a proper bikini fairing, well accentuated fuel tank extensions, new side cowls, tailpiece and brake light. Twin hexagonal instrument pods and sporty silencer with a chrome insert round off the aesthetics aspect.

Honda Shine 125 cc is a executive segment motorcycle is given a comprehensive facelift update with contemporary deign demands, that has made the commuter look somewhat identical to Hero Passion Pro. Changes compared to earlier model include revamped front fascia, new visor, smooth side panels, stylish tail lamp, edgy fuel tank, new alloy wheels and all-new body graphics. Colours of new gen Honda Shine include Imperial Red Metallic, Maple Brown Metallic, Geny Grey Metallic and Black.

Notable mechanical improvements in new Honda CB Shine include application of Honda Eco Technology (HET) treatment to engine parts, what should make the motor more refined and economical to operate, and addition of Activa-like Combi-Braking System (CBS) to reduce braking distance and ensure safety. No other changes made to the engine are revealed, expect slight variation in power, torque and mileage figures compared to outgoing model.
