Honda Buddy Loyalty Program woos their two wheeler customers towards cars

Many first time car buyers are those who are upgrading from a two wheeler. With Honda being the second largest two wheeler manufacturer in India; their colleagues from the brand’s four wheeler business have thought of an innovative way to add more customers.

Utilizing the Honda brand name to their benefit, Honda Cars India has launched an innovative scheme to lure the owners of Honda two wheelers into buying Honda Cars. This new program is called Honda Buddy Loyalty Program – HBLP.

This new program allows both Honda two wheeler and car owners to create their personal accounts on the official website – http://hondabuddyloyalty.com

This initiative which can be accessed on company website is divided into two parts. Initially, the Honda two wheeler owner needs to add all personal details that also include registration of two wheeler and choice of four wheeler to be purchased. This is verified by the car dealer after which the new vehicle is offered to the user and loyalty points added to account.

In order to create your account, you will need to be a Honda customer first. Existing Honda customers can upload their car/bike documents and get their account verified. Once you become a member, you now have a chance to earn loyalty points. Honda Two wheeler customers can earn 3000 points by buying a Honda car, while Honda car owners can earn loyalty points by referring friends and family to buy Honda cars.

Honda Cars India launched their latest product, Jazz earlier this month.

Loyalty points can be used at company dealerships for purchase of spares and accessories besides for servicing and insurance of the vehicle. While Loyalty program is offered to all two wheeler owners, Buddy Program is exclusively for Honda car owners.

Both, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India; and Honda Cars India are registering increasing sales growth. This new initiative is expected to further help them. Apart from this, they will also be creating customers who will be loyal to the brand.
