Honda Cars India sales growth for January 2015 is pegged at 17 pct, and also marks the highest monthly sales of the ongoing fiscal. In January 2014, HCIL reported 15,714 cars sold. Last month, Honda Cars India exported 1,369 units over 88 units in January 2014 equating to a four figure growth margin. HCIL overall sales in January 2015 are its highest ever including exports.
Honda Cars India Ltd reports 17 pct growth in domestic sales in January 2015
During April 2014 – Jan 2015, Honda Cars India reports overall growth of 47 pct with 149,464 units sold over 101,370 units sold in the same period in FY 2013-14.

Model wise sales break-up for January 2015 over Jan 2014: 951 Brio units over 1015, 6709 Amaze units down from 7398, 7671
City units over 7184, 2942 Mobilio units, and 58 CR-V units down from 117.Overall sales stand at 19,700 units over 15802 equating to 24.66 pct sales growth.
Last week, Honda Cars India inaugurated its new Emperor Honda dealership in Nagpur. President and CEO, Honda Cars India, Hironori Kanayama and dealership MD Avinash Bhute were in attendance. The 3S Emperor Honda showroom spans 25,000 sq ft and is serviced by a workshop with 19 bays.
